I worked at Baileys around 1972 as a photographer in the club taking photos of  punters with the artists. Showaddywaddy took some of us staff out for a Chinese after the club closed. Great memories

Looking for old friends who regularly went to the club between 1973 and 1977. Was in the Army at the time and met up with Pete Swain, Janet Fitton, Jayne Hatzebruch and many others. Would love to get in touch with these people and anyone else who knew me at that time...

I worked behind the bar here. My first night the dj played ‘When will I see you again’ and again and again all night before the night was over I knew all the words. Ahh happy days.

Ok so I worked here sometime between 73 and 75 I think! used to have nightmares with a sound control system they had where if the volume went over a given levelfor more that about 20 seconds, it shut everything down for about 30 seconds! it was a nightmare!

Great times more or less lived there in the 70s. Does anyone know the names of any of bouncers who worked there. I remember one called John and Trevor and the two guys from Thailand

I was in the band 'Pink Elephant', backing acts and doing numbers with the band.  Sid Stewart was the manager.  Mike Harvey was the bass player & bandleader. I was on keyboards, Tony Fallows was on guitar & Ken Astill was on drums. Johnny Martin was compere.  We had some great drunken nights there, and we drove home many times way, way over the limit.  Funny how 50 years can help one into maturity, is it not??
