Richmond Club (Heywood)

I see you have a poster featuring "Ashton, Gardner & Dyke" I used to know Tony Ashton when we lived in Blackpool..

He was the resident keyboard player at the "Picador" club next to the old football ground Bloomfield Rd. I was with the resident group "The Gamblers" way back in the 60's. We are all featured in the book written by another musician friend of mine Pete Sheldon,"Blackpool in the 60's" the rock & roll years. It features all the bands from that era.

R.I.P. Tony Ashton. Old friend.
