The Orlenes (Stalybridge)

Photo above,  left to right are  1) Rufus Buckley:Guitar, 2)  Drummer:Frank Lee, 3) Guitar: Alan Seel 4) Mel Walker: vocalist, 5) Dave Whittaker:Bass Guitar.

They played at quite a few venues in the Manchester area during the 1960s, all the usual places that listed for the 60s. 

The vocalist who has now passed away was a good friend of mine and the other two that I know I have not seen for a few years. If I do bump into any of them I will try and get some more info.

The drummer is Frank Lee (my dad) and on the guitar is Alan Seel. Both still alive and kicking!
